About CSA Apprenticeships

Retain. Reskill. Reward.

CSA Learning exists to put apprentices at the heart of everything we do.

Our vision is to develop confident professionals, strengthen regulated industries and add lasting value to the communities we serve. We will be recognised as an apprentice-centred, values-led organisation, delivering challenging and relevant curricula across specialist and regulated sectors including trading standards, governance, compliance, collections, housing, gambling, food and other high-impact environments.

Our mission is to deliver high-quality, apprenticeship-led education that reflects real occupational practice and meets the needs of learners, employers and society. We do this by designing bespoke learning programmes, working in partnership with employers, and upholding the highest standards of quality, professionalism and ethics. We are committed to developing expert tutors who inspire, challenge and support apprentices to achieve sustainable success.

CSA receives Strong Standard in recent Ofsted inspection

The inspection report, published on 14 April 2026, recognises that CSA has developed “demanding and relevant curriculums in partnership with employers and sequences learning effectively so apprentices build the knowledge and skills they need in their roles”. Ofsted also highlighted tutors’ use of effective teaching strategies, including breakout rooms, dual coding and flipped learning, to strengthen apprentices’ understanding and memory retention of complex topics.

CSA Apprenticeship Case Study

CSA Learning visits Lowell’s apprenticeship graduation

"Sometimes (my apprenticeship) put me at an advantage to other people that already worked here, particularly handling difficult conversations with customers about credit and debt."

We visited Lowell as they celebrated several of their employees completing their apprenticeships with the CSA.

During our visit, we had the opportunity to speak to some of the apprentices, to hear how their apprenticeship has benefited them.
