Question of the Quarter - Terms & Conditions 

  1. The competition is open to learners currently enrolled on a CSA apprenticeship programme as well as graduate learners.

  2. To enter, submit your response by email to learningfeedback@csa-uk.com by 11:59pm on 15 November 2026.

  3. Only one entry per learner will be accepted.

  4. One winner will receive a £50 Marks & Spencer voucher. No cash alternative is available, and the prize is non-transferable.

  5. This is a skills-based competition. Entries will be reviewed by a judging panel appointed by CSA.

  6. Entries will be judged against the following criteria:

    1. Demonstrates meaningful personal impact from the apprenticeship journey (40%)

    2. Quality and clarity of the response (25%)

    3. Reflection and insight shown (20%)

    4. Inspiration and value to other learners (15%)

  7. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.

  8. The winner will be notified using the email address from which their entry was submitted.

  9. By entering the competition, participants agree that their first name, apprenticeship programme and submitted response may be featured in The Learner Voice and other CSA communications. Full personal details will not be published without permission.

  10. Personal data provided as part of the competition will be processed solely for the administration of the competition and in accordance with CSA's privacy policy.

  11. CSA reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the competition where necessary.

  12. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
