This module explores how organisations put regulatory requirements into practice through effective governance, risk and compliance (GRC) frameworks. The module focuses on practical application, showing how compliance, risk and governance work together to support good decision-making, prevent non-compliance and deliver better outcomes for customers.
By the end of this module, learners will understand how compliance standards are implemented in practice through effective governance, risk and compliance frameworks. They will be able to explain the roles of first, second and third line assurance, recognise how change and monitoring prevent non-compliance, and understand how outcomes monitoring supports Consumer Duty requirements and better customer outcomes.
