The programme is delivered across eight modules covering regulation and risk, supporting businesses, non-compliance and enforcement, complaint handling, data and technology, governance, evaluation and End Point Assessment preparation. Gambling-specific legislation and regulatory expectations are embedded throughout, including licensing, safer gambling, vulnerability and online gambling considerations.

This apprenticeship is suitable for staff working within the gambling industry in operational or compliance-focused roles. It is particularly relevant for compliance staff, safer gambling teams, customer due diligence functions and licensing or regulatory support roles where monitoring, intervention and regulatory judgement are required.
