CSA Learning Announces Fourth Intake of Gambling Apprentices

The CSA’s Regulatory Compliance Officer (Gambling) apprenticeship was launched back in December 2025 in partnership with Better Change – a UK-based consultancy that works closely with the gambling industry, focusing on safer gambling, player protection, regulatory compliance, and harm prevention.  

Since the launch 9 months ago, 30 learners from 15 of the most high-profile gambling companies in the country have enrolled on the 16-month programme.

Developed for the gambling industry by leading subject matter experts, this programme gives compliance teams, safer gambling professionals, licensing officers and future regulatory leaders the skills and confidence to excel in a fast moving, highly regulated sector. The curriculum blends deep regulatory insight with practical, real world application — covering gambling legislation, risk and compliance management, effective operator engagement and the professional behaviours that drive high quality, consumer focused regulation. 

With such high demand for places, CSA Learning alongside Better Change are now looking to schedule another intake in January 2027.
